“My furnace has been acting up for over 2 years. The company that had been servicing it made virtually no effort to diagnose. When Austin showed up he listened to what I said and fixed what he thought might be the problem. The next day I had him come back. He spent over an hour diagnosing and once the part was in he came back to install.
Aran came the next day to allay my concerns about the noise level. All is well and the furnace is cycling the way it should.
