“Our AC wasn’t working, and a summer heatwave was forecast for the upcoming 3-day weekend. Alex was very timely, professional, and courteous when he tried to get us scheduled as quickly as possible. Cody was personable, knowledgeable, caring, and generous with his time (squeezing us into the end of his day). 15 minutes, and a capacitor replacement later, we were cooling off and Cody was taking off. 10/10, would recommend. “Our furnace was not working at all. Cody came by and parts had to be ordered. He came back when parts were in and repaired the control board, and found out another issue surfaced. Cody was very knowledgeable, polite, caring, and very professional. “Our heat pump compressor stopped working so I called for service on a Thursday and got an appointment on Monday. The delay was because they have had a lot of calls for service recently – not surprising because I have used this company for various problems over the last 6 years and completely understand why they are busy- they provide great service. Last year they replaced my 20-year-old heat pump and did not disappoint me – prompt, polite, experienced, and left a clean job site. So after making the appointment yesterday, I got a call this morning that they had a cancellation and could come out today. As usual, their service tech was punctual, polite, and well qualified. He identified the problem quickly and we were back up and running in a short period of time.

“We called All Seasons after researching multiple companies and thanks to a neighbor's endorsement, as well. We appreciated they were the only company to mention the precautions they took for customers and their technicians in relation to COVID-19. Cody called ahead to see if he could show up early and arrived as promised. After surveying the system, he painstakingly cleaned our multi-filter system. After determining that there was no repair to be made, he explained to us that the system was running, but it could use a complete cleaning of the coil system.
The costs and time frame were explained, in addition to the maintenance plan options per our request, and they were able to complete the work in a few hours. “Cody checked my air conditioning system as part of my yearly service agreement. He was very pleasant and thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. He had been to my home a few months earlier to re-route some vents in order to mitigate a mildew problem. He asked if I was having any further problems in that area without my even bringing up the issue. The re-route has solved the problem but I appreciated his following up. I would be glad for him to come again when maintenance is due in the Fall.”

“Last December, a few days before Christmas, our heater broke when we were experiencing winter weather. We were expecting company for the Christmas holidays and called All Seasons in a panic. They were extremely busy because of the weather and the upcoming holidays, but they sent Cody out the next day. Cody has serviced both our air conditioners many times. In addition to being an excellent mechanic, he's also a really nice guy. He always takes the time to explain what he did on each visit, and patiently answers all of our questions.
