“From the first time my old heat pump started acting up, until All Seasons replaced it with a new one (Bosch) the experiences I have had with everyone associated with All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning has been nothing but great. Every one that works for this organization have to be the most pleasant people in the world. They came out several times to see what problems I was having with my old unit and this last visit they had with that one they determined that it would be more beneficial for me to invest in a new unit mainly due to the age and cost of maintaining it and/or keeping it running. So today they came took my old unit out and installed a new one. More better, as far a cost to run, efficiency, and noise lever when it is running. Great company and employees to match, I Highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering repair, replacement, or a new installation.”

“Everyone that we encountered from this business was the greatest. They are all very knowledgeable and competent in their trade. We had this heat pump installed in 2009. We have had to call several times to different businesses about different problems that we encountered. On this companies first visit they told us that the coils on both the outside unit and the unit in the crawl space were in dire need of a good cleaning. No one had even checked this before, this was on a Friday. On Monday I talked to Mendi who scheduled our service call for Tuesday. Tuesday morning Stephen arrived at about 0845hrs and had all the coils cleaned, air purifier installed and finished up about 1230hrs. Aran arrived at about 1545hrs, checked all the pressures and topped off the freon for the unit, checked all the pressures and was finished by 1620hrs. I cannot say enough too express how pleased we were with our entire experience with All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for their air conditioning needs.”

“We had a problem with our air conditioner freezing up. Austin a technician came out and found the problem and did some maintenance and took care of the problem in no time. “On 16 and 21 December 2020, I spoke with Mendi, by telephone, reference scheduling someone to look about the installation of range hood venting. On both occasions Mendi couldn’t have been more helpful. She listened to my request, offered options and scheduled someone to come to our residence. Through our conversation, I quickly determined Mendi knew exactly what she was saying and doing. You might say, Mendi could have masked her performance the first time but you would be incorrect. She was the same helpful self both times. A leopard cannot change her spots. Customer service in America is dead. If not dead, on life support. So many times the customer service agent will do anything just to be rid of the customer. Not Mendi. She is reviving customer service with her willingness to help, her cheerfulness, her, very noticeable, pleasant demeanor. Her professionalism did not go unnoticed. Mendi’s example of customer service is what all should emulate. Oh, how so refreshing. Thank you so much Mendi.
